Lodging & Dining

Residential Options

In-Residence participants will stay on campus at Hartford University in one of the following dorms:

Hawk Hall Dorm: Hawk Hall dorms have two beds per room and a shared bathroom in the hallway. Hawk Hall rooms are air-conditioned.

Park River: Park River is comprised of 4-room suites, and each room has two beds. The common areas include meeting rooms, lounges, and laundry facilities. These rooms are air conditioned.

Complexes: The Complexes are standard suite-style residence halls with double rooms. These rooms are air-conditioned.

**You can request a single bedroom on your registration form for an additional fee however the bathroom may still be shared. Please note that you will be staying in a double room, without a roommate. Priority will be given to those with medical conditions.**

Please note: There are several hotels of varying prices and amenities in the area. NewCAJE will not provide shuttles to any hotels so keep this in mind you may need to rent a car when choosing this option. If you are more comfortable staying off-campus in a hotel, there are reasonable rates available in hotels that are a few miles from the campus.  Booking these rooms and dealing with the hotel directly is your responsibility. NewCAJE is not responsible for these hotels and your dealings with them. These are merely helpful suggestions. NewCAJE does recommend staying on campus so that you can get the “full conference experience.”
