Residential Options

You may choose a single dorm (no roommate) or a double.  You will receive two keys – a swipe card for entering buildings and a physical key for your room. 

The key deposit requirement is $36. Please bring exact change or a check for that amount made out to NewCAJE Inc. Consider leaving your key deposit as a donation to NewCAJE, and you will be entered in our raffle! If you lose your key, you will forfeit your first deposit, pay a replacement fee of $75, and leave a new deposit for your new key.

There are hotels nearby, but they are quite expensive.  

NewCAJE recommends staying on campus so that you can have a “full conference experience.”

 FOOD

On your registration form, you must tell us about any allergies or food concerns you have. Our caterer is very familiar with special food requests and is dedicated to accommodating your needs on a personal basis—but only if they know about them in advance. They have experience with gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan diets, and allergies and can accommodate your needs, whatever they may be.

Vegetarians will be well-fed. There will be lots of protein and plenty of choices for your meals.
