Sponsorship Information

There are limited sponsorship opportunities for each item listed below:

• Conference bag: Get your name and logo on the conference bag for $5000 or split it with someone else for $2500. Each attendee will be given a conference bag at the start of the conference. 
• Conference t-shirt: Get your name and logo on the back of the conference t-shirt for between The conference t-shirt can feature up to 8 names for $312.50. Secure additional spots to make your name more prominent. If you’d like to sponsor the whole t-shirt sign up to contribute $2,500.00.
• Insert an item in the conference bag: Place a small item in the conference bag for $200, such as a postcard, pen, notepad, or other small branded merchandise. Each attendee will be given a conference bag at the start of the conference. 
• Sponsor an Evening Program: Evening programming is the main event where all attendees come together to watch presentations and musical performances. By sponsoring an evening program for $2000.00, you will have your name featured in the program book for the selected evening, along with a 5-minute opportunity to present or showcase a video in front of all attendees at this year’s conference.
• Sponsor a late-night Kumsitz: The Late-Night Kumzitz is the final activity each night of the conference and one of its social highlights. Sponsoring the Kumzitz for $300 helps provide refreshments for the evening, and a sign will be posted announcing that the refreshments are provided by you or your company.
